Senior Manager – Technology Architecture & Delivery · AI & Blockchain Architect

Profile

Technology leader with 25+ years in software engineering, from hands-on development to running 150-plus-engineer organizations. I combine enterprise architecture, delivery leadership, and pre-sales across Generative AI, blockchain / DLT, and fintech, and I still ship product with my own hands.

Today I lead AI and blockchain delivery for enterprise clients at AXENIX, and in parallel design, build, and maintain a portfolio of live web products and Chrome extensions – solo, with a disciplined AI-assisted engineering loop. I care about clarity, reliability, and systems that behave predictably under real-world load.

Senior Manager, Technology Architecture & Delivery

Combine pre-sales, delivery leadership, and enterprise architecture across Generative AI, blockchain / DLT, and industrial-automation engagements.

  • Build trusted client relationships, shape a pipeline of engagements, and own pre-sales and pilot accompaniment end-to-end.
  • As architect within the Values Assurance team, provide architectural oversight and audits of projects moving through import-substitution programs at a large Top-3 bank.
  • Managed a portfolio of DLT platforms – for an Information System Operator and a Digital Financial Assets (DFA) Exchange Operator – owning roadmaps, budgets, regulatory compliance, and information security (engagements now closed).
  • Shape GenAI proposals and business cases; design PoCs and pilots; define quality metrics and success criteria; model ROI / TCO; plan integrations and the security perimeter.
  • Lead adoption of internal GenAI solutions – assistants, RAG / knowledge retrieval, automated document processing – with data-quality monitoring and security practices.
  • Acted as system architect for a portfolio of computer-vision and industrial-automation projects at a steel / metals manufacturing plant.
AI Solutions Architect

Lead design and delivery of agentic AI and GenAI solutions for enterprise clients – from problem framing through reference architecture, pilots, and production rollout, plus post-launch quality monitoring.

  • Designed and shipped meeting-intelligence agents: transcription, speaker diarization, summarization, action-item extraction, and automatic minutes – integrated with corporate knowledge bases and calendars.
  • Architected agentic AI inside an industrial MES environment: a reporting agent, an operator-assistant agent, and a live-telemetry agent letting operators query real-time equipment metrics in natural language.
  • Reference architectures span LLM orchestration, Agentic RAG over MES documentation, tool-use / function-calling against MES APIs and historians, plus guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Pipelines built with LangChain, LangGraph, and Gravity; delivery accelerated with Claude Code and Codex. Day-to-day spans multi-agent workflows, evaluation and observability, prompt engineering, safety, and the enterprise integration layer (identity, audit, data residency, cost/latency).
